What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation window is 8 hours. If you cancel before 8 hours, the class is credited back to your account. If you cancel within 8 hours of class start, the class credit is deducted from your account.

How does the waitlist work?

If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist. The waitlist locks 8 hours (our cancellation window) before class begins. If a spot becomes available outside the 8 hours, it will be filled in order of the waitlist. Within the 8 hours, clients will receive a message that a spot has opened and are asked to confirm if they would like to be added. We kindly ask that clients who no longer wish to attend class remove themselves from our waitlists.

Does my class pack expire?

All class packs expire 6 months from the date of purchase.

I booked a class through ClassPass and want a refund. How do I receive it?

ClassPass is a third party booking service. Any and all issues relating to payment and booking need to be handled directly through them.

Do you sell sticky socks?

We do, and they are required for class (Pilates and Lagree) to keep things sanitary and support safe workouts on the machines.

How do I register for classes?

We recommend downloading our app (Corner Studio GP) and signing up for classes to ensure your spot. Alternatively, you can sign up and register for classes directly through Mindbody.

Do I need to create an account?

Yes! All clients are required to create an account with Mindbody.

How does the New Client 30 day pass work?

The new client offer begins on the day you book your first class and gives you one class a day for 30 days.
