I fell in love with Pilates and Lagree a few years ago when I first started taking classes; it completely changed the way I view movement. The benefits went far beyond just physical, it transformed my mental health as well. My goal is to help you experience that same sense of strength and balance, both inside and out.

To me, movement is one of the best forms of self-care. I hope you leave each class feeling stronger, more grounded, and confident in yourself. I can’t wait to move with you all soon and share the joy Pilates has brought into my life!
