I have always found ways to move my body. As a child and young adult, I created movement on the stage in theatre and dance. Fitness became more of a priority when I discovered yoga over 10 years ago, not just phyically but mentally as well.

Naturally, I became more inquisitive about other forms of wellness and fitness, and that is when I stumbled upon Lagree. It was so eye-opening to experience a new workout that incorporates some of my key beliefs when engaging in exercise-alignment, core engagement, low-impact, and good tunes. My classes will be just that and I am so excited for you to join me!
